Focus and Scope
The Journal of Law and Governance is an on-line peer reviewed journal whose purpose is to facilitate the publication of research articles in the related fields of Law, Business Systems, Corporate Governance and Ethical issues arising from these areas.
Peer Review Process
All submitted articles will be subject to blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers before selection for publication by the Editorial Board.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Journal History
The journal was founded under the name "Journal of Business Systems, Governance & Ethics" - ISSN 1833-4318 - and volumes 1-9 (2006-2014) were published under this name and ISSN.
